Steven Jordan, Project Manager, Ph.D, Ed.D.

With over 30 years in the military after retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC), Steven brings a wealth of experience to the organization. Steven delivers agile solutions to federal and state government entities in addition to facilitating commercial private-sector clients in the areas of construction management, facilities, logistics, IT, cybersecurity, and automation. Design robust strategies that emphasize long-term company goals and core values to boost sales, increase efficiency, and stimulate cross-selling opportunities. 

Efficient project management is at the core of our team's success, and Steven ensures that every project is executed seamlessly from start to finish. With 30 years of experience in overseeing projects, Steven is adept at coordinating resources, managing timelines, and fostering effective communication among team members and clients. His exceptional organizational skills and commitment to client satisfaction make him indispensable.

Terence A. Townsend, Chief Administrative Officer

Terence A. Townsend is a highly experienced and successful business professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction and design industry. He has worked in many different aspects of the industry, including as a general contractor, retail sales, and corporate management.

As a general contractor, Terence launched and operated his own business, Designer Walls, which offered quotes and services for wallpaper replacement, repair, and installation, as well as paint, and design services. Designer Walls served home builders and residential clients across Central Texas.

Terence then moved into retail sales and corporate management positions. He started in retail sales and service at Sherwin-Williams Paint Company, where he worked in both the Dallas and Central Texas markets. Due to his keen eye for detail and astute abilities in leadership, Terence A member of the Lowe's Home Center Texas Store Expansion Management Team with Lowe's Corporation and was responsible for various aspects of the store expansion process, which include: Market Research, Regulatory Compliance, Construction Management, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management, Hiring and Training Staff, and Grand Opening Planning.

In 2008, Terence returned to school and earned his AA in Business Administration. After that, he accepted a position with Central TX Kitchen Center, helping it to become the #1 Kraftmaid Cabinetry Dealer in the state of Texas.

Terence worked in many facets of the organization, including sales, administration, custom design specialist for new residential and commercial builds, B2B strategist, and led engagement through community networking. Terence is a consummate business developer, strategist, and consultant. He established Townsend Enterprises Investment Holding Group, under which he owns and operates T.E. Financial Services, LLC, Wealth Heritage Group, LLP, and other business entities.

Terence is a highly respected and sought-after professional in the construction and design industry. He is known for his expertise, his ability to get the job done, and his commitment to excellence.

Rudie Daiz Jr., Director of MEP

Rudie Diaz Jr is the Director of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services. Rudie is a highly State Certified electrical technician with 26 years of experience in the commercial/residential industry; and 30 years of experience in the construction field. Rudie has 15 years of experience working for the Fort Cavazos military installation in Killeen, TX. He has also worked for the Home Builders Association in the Central Texas area, allowing him to be well-versed in local and state building codes and requirements. Leading quality installations based on system design specifications; and repairing faulty equipment and systems. He is detail orientated and committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. He has extensive knowledge of electrical theory and the maintenance repair of all levels of voltage electrical systems.

Rudie is also CDL licensed with both hazardous and tanker endorsements.

Jacqueline Townsend, Chief Financial Officer

Jacqueline leads our financial services. Jacqueline has operated in a number of roles within hotel management, such as Front Office Manager and Sales Manager. As a sales manager of the Doubletree and Hilton hotels in Austin, she sold and managed hotels rooms for the Preferred Travel Club Customer. 

After studying business at Baylor University and graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Jacqueline discovered a passion for education which, led her to teach English to middle school students in Title I schools for ten years. Jacqueline was awarded “Rookie Teacher of the Year” in 2011, becoming a master instructor to teachers and students, out-performing other schools within the same subject and grade levels every year as teacher of record and teacher leader. 

Jacqueline is a licensed Independent Insurance Agent (since 2019) and partner of both in her own financial business. In her business Jacqueline operates as an agent and manager of day-to-day operations. In preparation of peak business seasons, Jacqueline qualifies and train newly onboarded agents while educating clients about ways to save and protect their money in their business and personal finances, as well as advancing these clients to take advantage of more tax deductions and credits that they are entitled to receive. 

As part the leadership team, Jacqueline also helps to develop company-wide priorities and address key-strategic issues.

Mario Padoan, Master Builder

With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Mario over-sees the day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety regulations and quality standards. Mario has a wide range of experience which includes fine homes, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, concrete work, and roofing for both residential and commercial properties. With a strong focus on professionalism and excellence, we aim to deliver exceptional results that meet and exceed your expectations.

We collaborate closely with you and your architect, ensuring all aspects of your project needs are addressed. Our team provides a comprehensive and competitive estimate, considering permits, grading, sewer and drainage, foundation, framing, roof, electrical work, plumbing, and interior finishes. We strive to customize every aspect to suit your specific needs and carefully review all details to ensure your satisfaction.

Managing teams in several locations and leading our skilled labor force on-site is our dedicated construction supervisor Mario. Mario maintains several motivated and efficient teams in various locations across the State, promoting a collaborative work environment and delivering exceptional results.

Will Parker, Project Superintendent

Will Parker is the Project Superintendent. With a background in Construction for over 30 years is a seasoned professional who excels in seeing a project through from start to finish. Will has worked on multimillion-dollar commercial and residential projects, such as the Youngstown Ohio mall, the Lane Bryant, Victoria Secret, Auntie Ann's Pretzels, and Disney Store. Church remodels and new builds, a large gym in Texas and a mansion house on the lake in Austin, Texas, and, many other large projects, as well as small projects. His expertise is interior finish. His attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex construction projects makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Will consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standard of craftsmanship.
